Acceptance

By creating an account or using Lexiki, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Lexiki is a flashcard app with FSRS-6 spaced-repetition scheduling, AI-assisted card generation, Anki .apkg import, and a public deck library. Core studying is free. The service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind.

Your account

• You sign in with Google; you are responsible for keeping your Google account and any Lexiki API keys secure.
• You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country).
• You must not share API keys or agent keys with unauthorized parties.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload, generate, or publish content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service infrastructure.
• Circumvent rate limits or usage caps, or abuse the API or AI generation.
• Use automated systems to create fake accounts or spam content.

Your content

You retain ownership of all decks, cards, and other content you create in Lexiki. We claim no intellectual property rights over it. You grant us the limited license needed to store, process, and display your content so we can provide the service — and, for any deck you choose to make public, to display and distribute that deck publicly. AI-generated content

AI-generated cards may contain errors or inaccuracies. Review generated cards before relying on them. You are responsible for how you use the content you generate.

Service availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. Free-tier usage may be subject to limits.

Termination

You may close your account at any time by requesting deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice when feasible.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lexiki and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
